Bit of a Blip blip recently; not felt 100% and have got behind with posting and commenting, the gaps to be filled in shortly. I've done what I've done before when struggling with physical (and mental) effort: I've taken on a new challenge and have joined a sponsored walk to coincide with a trip back to the UK next month.
