Great big buffalo

Backblip!

I had to backblip this as i was on a photography day trip to Aviemore with a friend yesterday, we left at 8am and arrived back in glasgow after midnight, needless to say not only was i late for blip but i was also very very very tired, it was sooooo worth it though

This big boy was lying down and still bigger than the Car we were in...i was a little nervous getting this shot as we were in a safari type enclosure and he was lying 2 meters away from us...

I got plenty of photos including polar bears, wolves, red pandas, lynx cubs (they were beyond cute) snowy owls, arctic foxes, tigers, monkeys and the list goes on, they can all be found here

i also managed to get some clips of the squirrels, lynx cubs, polar bears and red pandas and i put them into a short video again the lynx cubs were being soooo cute, and i was apprently very very lucky to see them as their enclosure is very very overgrown (for a reason) and the are timid and dont like to come out much.

we originally went to Aviemore to get photos of the Ospreys that are there just now but even the 400mm lenses were not big enough to get any decent shots of them flying while carrying fish, but we saw them and we were quite happy with that :)
