Building a wave machine

Building a gummy bear wave machine in my IGCSE class this afternoon.
The Wave Machine is also a fun and useful tool for the science classroom as it can be used to demonstrate transverse wave motion and is a great way of demonstrating how light waves change when moving through different media such as glass and air.
I found the resources on the UK STEM centre webpages.
Rather than writing a lab report for this practical, the students are producing a video of the making of and the working of the machine. Looking forward to see that!
