Hart House (circa 1830), York University

This old log house is the oldest structure on campus and is one of the oldest buildings in Toronto. It is not nearly as old as the First Nation village I posted two days ago, of course, but it is neat to see such an old structure still in good shape. It's located at 35 Nelson Road on the Keele Campus. Osgoode Hall Law School is pictured behind it.

Hart House was moved here decades ago from King Township nearby and has been modified to add a second storey. So it goes. It's still an interesting building that gets used from time to time.

Note: This is not to be confused with Hart House at the University of Toronto.
