To work or not work?

Let me start by saying that I'm not judging because it's not my nature to judge others. But I will say that I hate to see folks begging for money on the streets. Perhaps there is a serious reason why he or she is in a certain situation; potentially it's easier to not work and get paid, I don't know. All I can say is that if I found myself jobless unintentionally, I can't see myself not using my spare time in search of $ for labor. Again, judging is not in my nature. Begging isn't either.
