Watering hole...

Not so warm today but a took a fresh walk with my head below the parapet.  A position I am comfortable with.  

This sluice hole takes excess water and debris from the promenade when the North Sea waves crash over the parapet.  The Cooncil workers have cleared them out this week but why oh why didn't they clean the overspill off the top of the wall as the dumped it over.  What an untidy mess.  I guess the Cooncil Supervisor didn't make the instructions clear enough.  Dear oh dear.
