Barry's Bootcamp

Today marked Day 3 of Barry's Bootcamp in a row. I want to get into the best shape for the wedding so I'm using the month before my bachelorette as a test to see how I'd like to train. Barry's is intense and I love it. You either alternate between treadmill and floor weighted exercises or stay on floor for double lifting. Lately since my back and glute pain I've been mostly doing double floor. I am getting more defined muscles and feel strong. I feel like I'm so much better for the rest of the day as well. It is hard to wake up at 4:22AM but worth it in the long run.
