Cake!

While some in the UK awoke to fresh snow falling Amy awoke with an urge to bake.  So here for your delectation is a Rainbow Cake .... although our supply of food colourings was sadly lacking.  The recipe said 'Takes around four hours' and it was not far out.  She's a dedicated chef our Amy :-)

It's very moist and very tasty!
