A rough diamond.

Diamond in the rough,
Beneath the tattoos and beard,
Is a heart of gold.


This shows part of our Anzac Day parade when we remember those who have served in wars overseas.Many community groups march and lay wreaths of remembrance, including this guy representing St Johns. In my view these people are gems[ or diamonds] in our communities. So this is my interpretation for the mono Monday challenge theme of "diamond". Thanks to davidc for hosting.
