Counting, not sweeties in a jar ......

....... but safety pins in a box.  I removed all these safety pins from my latest patchwork project after I had completed the first rows of machine quilting. I usually close the pins as I remove them but today for some reason I didn't.  How many are there do you think?

The extra photo shows the pins as they are now and should have been tidied as I removed them.
