I keep hearing Malaysian and Singaporean spoke of the swedish IKEA (ai-kea) Store as E-Kea (ei-kea). So is this shop?

Different part of the world pronounce the vowel (AEIOU) differently. So this would answer (ai-kea and ei-kea) how one would pronounce a word differently.
