Forehand

When I first started playing Ultimate Frisbee during my sophomore year of high school, I didn't know that there was a forehand throw. It took me a year to get the hang of it. Now I like to throw it. Will here is one of the best I know at it. We played five games in just over two hours today. Lots of scoring.
