It Gets Better....

Yes....it gets better...the autumn colours are deepening and becoming more beautiful. Today I celebrate 37 years of sobriety. When I stopped drinking all those years ago the phrase I hated most was "It Gets Better." I could not believe life could get better without alcohol. But it is true...it does get better and better. So "It Gets Better" is a phrase I am happy to say to anyone struggling with early sobriety. Like the autumn colours.... It gets better. Kia kaha.
