The dreariness...

... of today's weather, not only included rain, but sleet and hail.

Having been caught in one such heavy downpour, without benefit of a hat, I took shelter by a shop with a canopy and decided to try for a street blip.

As luck would have it, the shop window display provided some appropriate text. All the pieces of the blip came together, courtesy of Jigsaw.
