King canute

Tonight we went to see a production by a group known as the Sarah Siddons fan club theatre Group . It involved being led around Southampton and stopping at various points for parts of the performance. Thankfully the main part of the play was inside one of Southampton's heritage buildings; i was mighty cold by then! The performance was about king Canute who did his holding back the tide thing in Southampton.
