The best things in life are free

Like this shoot of Clematis (a white form of Clematis columbiana)...after about three weeks in a water bowl it's got roots. We will soon plant it in a small pot, and eventually we will try to find a place for it in our allotment garden.

Tonight our friends N&R will come over for dinner. It will be great to catch up!
