Noble Falls

It was a contrary weather day today with a forecast of rain, although the skies looked a mix of promising blue skies with the sun trying to peep out, there were ominous dark clouds hanging over the ocean.
We were not going to wait in to watch the rain fall so drove up into the hills to Gidgigganup stopping at Noble Falls for lunch, then a lovely walk along the Wooroloo Brook and over the falls.
Its a haven for bird life here we spotted a robin, the twenty eight parrots were making a racket with their shrill call of "twenty eight", plenty of pInk I grey cockatoos, and black cockatoos.
We passed a few horses in the paddocks enjoying the green grass, quite a contrast to the harsh brown of summer, the best time of the year for us is Autumn followed by Spring..
