Wild Wet Waterdrop Wednesday..

One of the reasons I have Alchemilla Mollis growing in my garden is because I just love it when it catches the rain (snow) drops on its hairy leaves.  The other is for the froth of yellow flowers that come later that are simply stunning in a vase with almost any other flower from the garden.. and the other.. well it is impossible to remove once it has set seed.. it pops up everywhere!!

It has been a typical April shower day today.. the big white clouds buildinging high into the sky whist the underneath turns purple before  dropping their contents on you (be it rain, hail or snow) but all the while the sun shining on the fresh green leaves that are erupting before my eyes.  The soft and contented call from the blackbird and the warm cooing from the woodpigeon reminding us that this cold snap will not be here long.
Happy Wednesday all..
