Bizarre Bronzes

Taken from an exhibition of work by Nathalie Decoster in a private park in northern France, about an hour from Calais.
Almost all the works featured armless females with enormous long legs, some freestanding and over 6 feet tall [you can just see one of them in the background].
Altogether very striking, but what exactly was in Ms Decoster's mind I cannot say.
Any suggestions?
