Avon Viaduct

This is the Avon Viaduct which spans the valley of the Avon just West of Linlithgow. Part of the original Edinburgh and Glasgow Railway opened in 1842. It is 442 yards long and made up of twenty main arches of 50ft. Found this info here, the interweb is great eh.
Another one in the bridge theme this week. May go for an aqueduct tomorrow unless I get snowed in!
