New Penny

We were chatting after CrossFit this morning that we like that there are no coins less than 5 cent here in Australia. It means you don't have any small change (aka coppers, pennies, smush, shrapnel depending on the person).

In an odd coincidence I put on a body warmer before heading to work and found this penny in the pocket! It says New Penny on the back but as you can see it's not so new anymore after being minted in 1979!

It took me ages to get this photo, in the end the only thing that I could get a clear shot with was my iPhone and a cheap plastic macro lens adaptor!
