Keeping warm

Well there was no gas in the village from Thursday until this afternoon so we had no hot water or central heating. Woke up to snow and freezing weather. Boo had his own way of keeping warm in the blanket however.
I arrived for my hospital appointment only to be told they put the wrong date on the letter and I had to go back next week as the consultant was on holiday. My new glasses came and they were faulty. All in all a good start to the weekend!
