Evening on Sheriffmuir

It looks like an idyllic Spring evening,  until you notice the snow on the mountains.The temperature hovered just above freezing , thanks to the wind chill, so I abandoned my plan for a walk on Dumyat.

A sign of the times... having been  brought up on a farm in Wales when farmers walked around their livestock to check they were OK it came as something of a surprise to see this farmer arrive in his Range-Rover.
What's more he was very smartly dressed.
