Bottoms up to Belfast

Had a lovely London day today. Mr M and I spend a Saturday there every few months taking in a show, a meal and an attraction. After years of thinking that living near London was good in theory, last year we decided to start making it good in practice. Today was eggs Benedictine at cote on the river, What the Butler Saw at the Vaudeville theatre, and in between a couple of hours rambling all over HMS Belfast. This is an old war ship now turned museum and was great fun. This is the rum room. The crew were served with a tot of rum every day and these lucky bastards were in charge of it. I felt oddly drawn to this room. It somehow reminded me of these two blokes I know.
