Roasted fruit for crumble.

Our rhubarb has grown to triffid heights, so it was a roasting session this afternoon to use some of it up.

One of my Dad's favourite desserts is stewed rhubarb, but I think I might have convinced him to roast it with some othe fruits as an alternative. ( and a way of getting him to eat more fruit!)

Crumble and custard for dessert tonight. ( He loves custard too....)
