Taz has finally been spotted drinking from the running water of the cat fountain, which I bought about three weeks ago and was almost getting ridiculed for, as until now we have only seen them drinking from the "bowl". But this is Taz, the cat who regularly 'asks' for the tap to be turned on , so he can drink from it. Success!
