We've finally sold the spare car!! But that's not the best news, I managed to drag my (future) father in law out for a three mile walk!!

A good bank holiday Sunday all round, and I've still got one more day before going back to work! Food shopping, new work shoes for Tim shopping and meal prepping tomorrow before a long river walk with Tim and sausage! I'm expecting a gain at slimming world this week after chips with dinner last night and a sausage roll today!
