Smokey 0949 hr (Saturday 30th April 2016)

When I locked up before going away on Saturday morning, I accidentally shut Smokey in the conservatory. I thought he was outside, but he was on a windowsill behind a curtain.

R. (Fluffy's keeper) was feeding him in my until I got back and was increasingly concerned with his absence and his food not being eaten. She'd been calling his name indoors and out, and even searched the neighborhood without success. Then on Sunday night she finally heard a small miaouw and rescued him, none the worse for wear and having managed not to foul in the conservatory.

Despite my crime, he didn't hold it against me and was very pleased to see me when I returned on Tuesday night. Here he is having been rolling around in the sun on the front yard bench.

"I can guarantee this is the cleanest sounding Louis Armstrong record you'll ever hear! With the original transfer supplied by Nick Dellow, here is the mother record which was shipped by Okeh to Germany for their Odeon pressings. The sound is wonderfully immediate, and crystal clear" - Jonathan Holmes, You Tube
