I Need a Moment

Sorry Tim!

Tough mystery WOD* that left us all pretty tired this morning. Couldn't help but snap this shot of Tim resting afterwards looking longingly at the sunrise, or just catching some cooler air!

*Every 3 minutes for 7 rounds
- 3 burpees
- 1 block run (400m)
- 5 wall balls (30lb ball)

I was pretty chuffed to get through all the reps. That 30lb ball is 10lb heavier than normal. I was just trying to keep up with Tim!

Just to note, this was after working up to a heavy set of 10 back squats AND a clean and jerk complex EMOM. Phew, tough but fun one!
