Apple pie, again !

As I could not accept the apple pie in the day before yesterday
( I could not have a good relation with my dutch oven) , I made an apple pie again using an electric oven in my house.

Today's pie is not so bad, but I am sorry this pie is not charming because of luck of surprise.

The exciting when I open the lid of a dutch oven is too difficult discribe. Do you know it?
