Life through the lens...

Freebies.

L'Occitane is 40 years old this year, and I popped into Leeds to collect my little box of freebies.
Shea butter hand cream
Divine cream  -  visibly corrects all signs of ageing, for a beautiful younger looking skin.  ( could do with a bucket full!)
Shampoo, containing 5 essential oils.
Verbena shower gel
Also a voucher for £10 when I spend £25 or more before 5th June.

Click here, and scroll down and click Time line tells you the story going back to when, at the age of 23 Olivier Baussan distilled Rosemary  essential oil which he sold at local markets in Provence.
( sorry this link doesn't seem to work properly. You will have to then click on   - All about us.)
The packaging is beautiful, the smells are divine, and it always reminds me of a place we love.

L'Occitane means the women from Occitane, the old name for Provence, and once stretched from Catalonia in Spain, across southern France to Piedmont in Italy.

The way to pronounce it is  Lox - ee - Tahn.
This may make you laugh.
