Dolme

R decided to try her hand at making dolme today using our vine leaves.

Spring has now finished and Summer has arrived- it's over 30C, the mountains are turning yellow, the grass is going and the flowers are dying. I'm always surprised by how fast it all changes and quite sad too, Spring is so very beautiful here and Summer so very hot and colourless.
