Not quiet on the button!

Strolled through Ennis town this morning on the way back to the southern homeland. It's a place I hadn't visited in ages. But its heart hasn't changed much. And it has not been well maintained either.
Its buildings and decor are tired and often shabby but have retained many of their features which give them a potential character. It's as if the place were waiting for someone to press the button and kick it into life.
