On reflective days like today I wonder how on earth I ended up where I am today. Who said working with young children is stressful?? It's trying to lead the team of educators that's the challenging part. People being pulled in different directions in their personal lives who come together with what is hopefully a common goal for the children in their care. That's the hard part!
