USS Midway

A visit to San Diego today. We visited the USS Midway, an aircraft carrier built in 1946 and in service for 47 years, after which it was opened as a museum. I have mislaid my information sheet so apologies for the lack of history. I do remember it saw most action in Vietnam. It is 1.30am LA time, tired now - goodnight, have a good weekend.
