Cowbells

I got these two cowbells from the highland fling race yesterday. We can use them for when supporting various sporting events like running and bike races. Luckily the boys have not spent their whole time ringing them!
I headed out for 11 miles in the hills - some of it walking as it was uphill, into the wind and rain ...just grim! Esp after yesterday's glorious weather.
In the afternoon the boys and I watched inside out while A went for a run in the hills ...he needed it after a day of solo parenting yesterday :-D
