It's that time of year again.....

.....Rayburn & boiler service! Pricy this year as new pump needed for Rayburn which was leaking. Thought it smelt a bit oily! All sorted & purring away quietly now. He's a great guy but, as I said to him, I hope we don't see him again for a year!
