Meal at the summer verandah

I've had some troubles with my camera lately. It seems to have trouble focusing on larger objects, such as landscapes. It's as if my camera has become myopic. I can only get sharp images of objects over a meter-or-so away by zooming. There is a very good chance of user error, but I feel like I've tried everything and nothing works. Maybe something is broken. Right now I'm just not feeling very motivated with photographing in general. The video function in the camera is great, though.
