What's wrong this car?

This blip has the shoot of the day !!
Seriously, is this car allow to be on the road? The rear bumper bar is held together with electrical wires, ?number plate, rust bucket and notice the house locks for the boot security !!!

Kuching is a modern city with more than 4 millions and the citizens do look after their transport medium (car and motobikes). I guess this guy is also proud of his car.

Dad: The Lord is good. Dad is more alert and coherent today. Managed to be wound off his support ventilator mid morning and able to self support his breathing this evening. Let hope he continues to breathe unassisted. Mum and I now knows almost every inch of the hospitals; cafe, billing department, finding comfortable seats and lounges, nurses and doctors, support staff and car park.
