First Win

First win of the season for the boys, a fine game. Alf was keeping wicket and did an excellent job getting his first wicket of the season. His confidence has increased since last year and it really shows, very little got past him. It was good to hear the boys banter as well, they've played together for 3 or 4 years now and are a really tight unit.

The extra is our candidates, once of whom is a bit of a fibber, the less said about that the better.

I did some research on all the candidates and on the police hopefuls.. I really do despair at the state of our political system....  I still voted though, although this was on personality not party.
