Fish curry

After a morning at the Salvation Army soup kitchen, I spent the whole afternoon in my own kitchen.  I am trying to crack the making of sourdough bread.  The starter was supposed to be ready but I was a little unconvinced it was strong enough.  I sought advice from Mr Google but there are as many procedures for making sourdough starters and loaves as there are bakers it would seem.  I kneaded, folded, proved and refolded but the rise is unimpressive so I think the end result might be rather dense. While that was going on, I made a sweet potato and fish curry with spinach and sticky rice.  That was far less problematic.
