Summer time, and the livin' is easy

Finally, some sunshine! I have spent the day running about like a loony, playing fun outdoorsy games with the people who will soon be a part of my extended family. I still can't remember all their names, but hopefully that will come with time.

I am glad I wore some sunscreen today as it's been a gloriously sunny afternoon. About time, too! A rather attractive bee posed just long enough for me to take a snap of it supping lavender nectar and I felt obliged to make it a blip.
