Over and done with

It might have been a four day week but it has felt like a really long one. I did at least have some time to get started on the list today and, whilst no marking got done (that was wishful thinking!) I got a few jobs started if not finished. 

I was out early to get to the Post Office with a birthday parcel to send and a bit of shopping done. And then home to Bailey who was fairly pleased to see me but has been a bit sleepy tonight. He did at least deign to be upright on the spare bed to have his picture taken. Not that it lasted.
