Deaf Awareness Week Blip

This week is an important one for me because of this fact and if one person takes something away from this poster it will be a successful one.

I have been in a school this week teaching basic sign language to children and trying to challenge stereotypes early to prevent barriers in the future.

The Deaf community have such a rich culture and should be accepted as themselves with their beautiful language which I have learned only a fraction of!
