More than one ounce?

Pot featured prominently at this year's Funk Festival in D.C.  This group was marching to get legislation loosened up a bit: a year ago, pot was legalized in D.C. but immediately followed by a restriction to carrying no more than one ounce and smoking it in your own home only.  The folks carrying the giant joint were happily 'toking' as they marched and even had a smoke blowing machine ahead of them: 2nd-hand high? Sweet memories ;)
