Arcadia

The old Arcadia Theatre in Waimate, and before that it was Quinn's Arcade. It's also been used as flats. Now sitting derelict and broken. There is talk about doing it up - it will cost 5 million, they reckon. 
Personally, I think it's too far gone. 
It was a handsome building in its day though.

On the way home from Waimate, we came upon a car crash. The emergency services were there. A car had flipped over on to its roof, and someone was trapped inside. Not pleasant.
