Spain From Diki Beach

Diki is a fishing hamlet just up the road from Villa Rouge. It comprises at least two fish restaurants with a commanding view across the Mediterranean to Spain. Instead of eating at the restaurants, you can choose your fish from the ice display and take it home to cook. Which is what we did with our langoustines.

Around a dozen fishing boats huddle in the small bay beneath the cliff overlooking the bay, sheltered by promontories of rock. We finally explored the beach this morning.
