Saturday: Tulip "Queen of the Night"

Very welcome rain all day - the ground is so dry that nothing was growing and I was worried I'd have to get the watering can out!
Rain also meant that we had to take a well earned rest from the fence project.
House martins have been flying around since last weekend, still just a pair - hope the remainder arrive soon.
