Perfect?

They say a picture paints a thousand words, but not this one!

The day was technically perfect. Not a cloud to be seen, hot and sunny.

However, Mr HH continues to be extremely unwell, a second opinion was sought with another dentist today, more medication, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.

Not really perfect at all.
