A weary family today, no pun intended.

But first day off together involved a trip to the Botanics and some cycling action at Cramond. And ice cream.

I went to replace the inner tubes on my mountain bike and merely because the rim tape was split, I ended up stripping the cassette, hub and spindle down. New cassette was ready to go back but I reckon that the bearings are done, so need to pick up a new set.

Enjoyed spending time on the bike, but in need of more energy.
